This product is a synthetic resin emulsion or polymer-modified cementitious coating specially designed for application prior to the construction of cement-based self-leveling underlayment. Its core functions include sealing base pores, reducing water absorption rate, and providing chemical and mechanical anchoring. It eliminates common construction defects such as pinholes, blowholes and delamination, and improves the bonding strength between the self-leveling layer and the substrate.

Before application:
- The base surface shall be solid, flat, dry and clean, free of cracks, oil stains and release agents. Shot blasting treatment is recommended if the substrate surface is friable or covered with large-area laitance.
- Substrates with high moisture content require professional damp-proof treatment. Sand the base and remove dust before primer application.
Construction Method:
- For cement mortar substrates, dilute the product with water according to substrate absorbency and apply thoroughly with a wool roller for interface treatment; for concrete floors, apply undiluted directly by roller.
- High-absorption substrates require two roller coats. Carry out self-leveling construction 1 to 2 hours after rolling when the surface remains damp without standing liquid. The waiting time shall be adjusted on site according to ambient temperature and humidity. Tools and containers can be cleaned with water.
- Construction is prohibited at temperatures below 5°C, under direct sunlight, or in rainy and foggy weather.
- This product only serves as an interface bonding layer and cannot replace damp-proof or waterproof membranes.
- The construction surface must be kept clean, dry and free of dirt.
- Use within the product shelf life; expired product is forbidden for use.
- Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with standard procedures.
- Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; do not ingest.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Trace amounts of chemical substances will be released during curing. Sufficient ventilation shall be maintained at the working area. The fully cured product is non-toxic to humans.
