SMT-B308 Groove Joint Adhesive is a polymer material based on vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion. This product features fast film-forming speed. It is suitable for laminating wood, wood boards, plywood, paper fabric, foam and EPE foam. As an eco-friendly adhesive, it is widely applied in renovation projects for schools, residences, offices and factories.
Application Areas
- Applicable floor types: parquet flooring, laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring, multi-layer wood flooring, particle board, etc.
- Bonding areas: specially designed for bonding tongue-and-groove joints of floor boards, as well as tongues, dowels and seams.

Before application:
- Compatibility test between the adhesive and contact materials as well as adhesion test on substrates to be bonded shall be carried out before construction.
Construction Method:
- Remove dirt from the substrate surface, extrude the adhesive onto the surface of substrates to be bonded, and air-dry at room temperature until the adhesive film is slightly tacky and non-stringing. Then assemble the tongue-and-groove joints, tongues, dowels and seams of floor boards.
- Construction is not recommended when temperature is below 10℃ or relative humidity exceeds 85%.
- Not suitable for the following substrates: gypsum plasterboard, fiber cement board, drywall, plywood, particle board, decorative laminate, resilient flooring, metal, plastic artificial stone, nano stone, engineered stone, composite materials and metal tiles.
- For indoor use only; not suitable for outdoor applications.
- Use up promptly after opening to prevent skin formation and curing.
- Seal tightly for storage if any product remains unused.
- Conduct trial panel test prior to mass production.
- Use within the shelf life; expired product shall not be applied.
- Construct strictly in accordance with the procedure of adhesion test.
- Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; do not ingest.
- Keep out of reach of children.
