This product is an elastic adhesive formulated with specially copolymer-modified silicone rubber resin as the main component together with other special active additives. It is a one-component, easy-to-handle, high-viscosity wood flooring adhesive. It has obtained REACH, RoHS, EC1 Plus, FloorScore, France A+, AgBB and Belgian VOC certifications. After extrusion and exposure to air, the adhesive paste undergoes vulcanization reaction with moisture in the air and cures gradually from surface to core into an elastomer to exert its bonding effect. The cured adhesive is tough and highly elastic with outstanding mechanical properties including tensile performance, elongation rate, shear strength, adhesion and aging resistance.

- This product is normally available in beige, grey, black and other customizable colors. It is supplied in 600ml soft foil cartridges, and customized filling specifications are available upon customer request.

Before application:
- Prior to construction, perform compatibility tests between this flooring adhesive and contacting materials, as well as adhesion tests on substrates to be bonded.
Construction Method:
- The substrate surface to be glued must be dry and clean before application, free of cracks, sanding loss, hollowing and contamination. Any defects above shall be fully cleaned up prior to gluing.
- The flatness of the floor base shall meet construction specifications.
- Suitable for high-temperature working environments; temperature resistance range: -40~90℃.
- Construction temperature shall not be lower than 13℃. Note that different substrates require different applicable temperature ranges.
- Finished Product Protection:No foot traffic on the installed flooring within 5–12 hours after laying. Full serviceability is available after 24 hours. Keep adhesive pails and tools away from flooring to avoid stains and contamination.
- Not to be used as structural sealant.
- Not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces.
- Not applicable to areas with continuous water immersion or permanent high humidity.
- Unsuitable for materials that exude grease, plasticizers or solvents.
- Conduct trial panel tests before mass production.
- Use within the shelf life; expired products are prohibited from use.
- Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the procedure of adhesion tests.
- Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; do not ingest.
- Keep away from children and store out of their reach.
- A tiny amount of chemical substances will be released during curing. Ensure adequate ventilation at the workplace; the cured adhesive is non-toxic to human bodies.
- Ambient temperature and humidity affect the tack-free time and curing speed of the adhesive. Monitor environmental conditions before construction and adjust operation parameters accordingly.
