SMT-SL600 Self-leveling is a high-quality cement-based fast-setting and early-strength self-leveling mortar for fine levelling of indoor floors with strength ≥30 MPa. Manufactured from premium raw materials via a specially developed formulation and process, it features superior performance indicators to meet substrate levelling requirements for various floor covering installations. It is particularly suitable for various building spaces including public areas, commercial premises, medical facilities, educational buildings, transportation hubs, industrial sites and residential constructions.

- Heavy commercial buildings: large shopping malls, supermarkets, hotel lobbies, exhibition halls, logistics centers, parking garages, etc.
- Industrial sites: heavy-duty factories, warehouses, production workshops, forklift aisles, racking areas, etc.
- Public spaces: hospitals, schools, stations, airports and other areas with high strength requirements and heavy foot traffic.
- Underfloor heating systems: applicable for fine levelling of underfloor heating substrates.
- Provide smooth and solid substrates for floor coverings including PVC flooring, wood flooring and carpets.

Before application:
- The substrate must be dry, sound, load-bearing, dust-free, free of contaminants that impair adhesion, and flat.
- The substrate shall be free of hollow areas and possess adequate compressive strength. For reliable adhesion, it is recommended to prime the substrate with SMT-5041 primer.
Construction Method:
- Add clean water in proportion into a clean mixing bucket, then pour in the powder and mechanically stir until a homogeneous slurry is formed.
- For repair thickness below 20 mm, apply the mixed slurry directly by self-leveling or troweling method.
- For repair thickness ranging from 20 mm to 100 mm, mix appropriate clean coarse sand or gravel during construction. Reinforce the mortar layer with fiberglass mesh or steel wire according to the repair thickness.
- Construction is not recommended when substrate surface temperature is lower than 5℃ or higher than 35℃.
- Do not construct if substrate moisture content exceeds 8% or without primer treatment.
- Avoid direct sunlight and strong ventilation within 24 hours after construction to prevent premature surface drying and cracking.
- Do not use damp, lumpy or expired materials.
- The construction surface must remain clean, dry and free of contaminants.
- Use within the shelf life; expired products shall not be used.
- Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with standard procedures.
- Construction is recommended in well-ventilated environments. In case of accidental skin contact, wipe off immediately and rinse thoroughly with clean water. If splashed into eyes, flush continuously with clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
- Keep away from children. Store out of children’s reach.
- Trace chemical substances are released during hydration. Maintain adequate ventilation at work areas. The fully cured material is non-toxic to humans.
- Ambient temperature and humidity affect working time and hydration rate. Monitor environmental conditions before construction and implement timely control or adjustment measures as needed.
