Performance Characteristics:

Eco-friendly product: ultra-low VOC, non-toxic and odorless, no contamination or corrosion to substrates.

Superior flexibility: low-modulus formula reduces internal stress caused by joint movement, minimizing the risk of debonding and cracking and extending sealant service life. It maintains stable bonding and sealing performance under variable displacement of building joints.

Outstanding high and low temperature resistance: after full curing, it will not become brittle, hard or crack at -50℃, nor soften or degrade at 150℃, retaining stable strength and elasticity.

Excellent adhesion: reliably bonds most construction materials and plastics including concrete, stone, glass, aluminum, wood and polycarbonate (PC).

Class 25 movement capability: it maintains consistent performance against normal expansion, contraction and shear deformation of building joints to deliver effective bonding and sealing.

Excellent elasticity, weather resistance and fatigue resistance.

Good paintability: the cured surface can be overcoated with paint.

Easy workability: single-component design for convenient application. It offers stable extrudability between 5℃ and 40℃, and can be directly applied via a caulking gun.

Product Description

SMT-M25 One-Component Prefabricated Building Sealant is a single-part neutral curing low-modulus sealant with Class 25 movement capability. It delivers excellent adhesion to most construction materials and plastics including concrete, stone, glass, aluminum, wood and polycarbonate (PC). Widely applicable for joint filling and sealing of internal & external walls in prefabricated buildings, urban comprehensive utility tunnels, balconies and indoor spaces.

Usage Instructions

Before application:


- Prior to application, compatibility tests between the sealant and contacting materials as well as adhesion tests on the substrates to be bonded shall be carried out.

Construction Method:


- All application surfaces must be clean, dry and free of contaminants.

- Fit the cartridge into a suitable caulking gun. Cut the nozzle according to joint width, then extrude sealant into the joint to ensure full contact between sealant and joint edges.

- Compact the sealant with a proper tool and scrape off excess material.

Limitations & Guidelines

- Not suitable for areas with long-term service temperature exceeding 80℃.

- Not intended for glass glazing applications.

- Do not apply when substrate surface temperature is below 5℃ or above 40℃.

- Not recommended for substrates that bleed grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as surfaces of oil-impregnated wood.

- Unsuitable for permanently submerged locations or permanently damp environments all year round.

- Cannot be used for bonding polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

- When bonding cement or concrete substrates, the substrates must be fully dried and cured for 7 days before application; otherwise, the bonding performance will be adversely affected.

- The construction surface must be clean, dry and free of dirt and contaminants.

- Use the product within its shelf life; expired product is prohibited from use.

- Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the procedure of adhesion compatibility test.

- Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; do not ingest.

- Keep away from children. Store the product out of children's reach.

- Trace chemical substances will be released during curing. Adequate ventilation must be maintained at the working site. The fully cured product is non-toxic to human bodies.
