SMT-M106 One-Component Outdoor MS Waterproof Coating is a planar-type, one-component, moisture-curing, high-polymer exposed waterproofing material suitable for building substrate surfaces. After curing, it forms a high-strength, hydrophobic, weather-resistant, high and low-temperature resistant elastic waterproof layer. This material features solvent-free, low volatility, low odor, and environmental friendliness.

- Suitable for waterproofing and leak repair on water-exposed surfaces ofbuildings such as roofs, color steel tiles, and exterior walls.
- Also suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, pools, etc.

Before application:
- Clean the substrate surface, ensuring it is firm, free from loose particles, dust, sand, oil, and other foreign matter. Fully wet the substrate before application, with no standing water.
Construction Method:
- Apply the first coat using rolling, brushing, or troweling methods.
- Before the coating dries, lay polyester fabric. Use a scraper or roller to remove air bubbles, ensuring the fabric fully adheres to the coating. Overlap the fabric by at least 10 cm between sheets. For details such as corners, inside and outside corners, pipe roots, etc., cut the fabric according to the shape to create a reinforcement layer, avoiding hollow areas.
- Apply the second coat over the entire fabric surface, perpendicular to the direction of the first coat. The total recommended thickness is 1.2-1.5 mm
- Use the product within its shelf life. Do not use expired product.
- Strictly follow the procedures established during adhesion testing.
- The product releases trace chemicals during curing. Ensure adequate ventilation in the workspace. It is non-toxic after curing.
- Not recommended for use in airtight spaces, as the coating requires moisture from the air to cure.
- Do not apply when the material surface temperature is below 5°C or above 40°C.
- Do not use on frosty surfaces or surfaces with standing water.
- When bonding to cement or concrete substrates, the substrate must be fully cured and dried for at least 7 days before application; otherwise, adhesion performance may be affected.
- Do not use on materials that may exude oils, plasticizers, or solvents, such as surfaces of oil-impregnated wood.
- Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Ambient temperature and humidity affect the curing speed of the coating. Monitor environmental changes before application and adjust or control accordingly.
