Performance Characteristics:
•Water based epoxy membrane with low VOC content, environmentally friendly, nontoxic, antibacterial and mold resistant
•Excellent waterproof and moisture proof performance, effectively blocking moisture and dampness penetration
•Strong adhesion to damp substrates
•High mechanical strength and durability
This product is a two component, environmentally friendly water based waterproof and moisture proof membrane. After application, it can prevent external moisture from penetrating indoors. It helps prevent damage to wall decorations caused by dampness (such as paint peeling, wallpaper detachment, wall cracking, etc.), as well as indoor mold growth and musty odors. It significantly improves the indoor environment and comfort level.
Application Areas
- Suitable for persistently damp basement areas, walls and floors requiring damp proofing and waterproofing on the negative side (against negative water pressure)
Package
- 20 kg/set (Part A: 10 kg + Part B: 10 kg). Custom packaging is also available upon request.
Before application:
- The substrate must be sound, level, clean, and free of loose particles, contaminants, etc. Holes and cracks must be repaired. The substrate must have adequate load bearing capacity. If the substrate is too dry, dampen it by spraying with clean water.
Construction Method:
- Stir Part A and Part B separately using a low speed mixer until uniform, then mix Part A and Part B thoroughly together. Avoid incorporating excessive air bubbles during mixing. Only mix an amount that can be used within 30 minutes. Mixing ratio of Part A to Part B (by weight): 1:1.
- For floor application: A trowel can be used together with a medium pile short nap roller. For wall application: Paint brushes and rollers can be used. Apply the mixed material evenly onto the substrate, applying at least two coats. Apply subsequent coats after the previous coat has become touch dry, with the application direction perpendicular to the previous coat. The consumption rate per coat is approximately 0.2-0.3 kg/m². For the first coat, an appropriate amount of clean water can be added to improve substrate penetration. For dense substrates, add no more than 20% water; for general absorbent substrates, 5% is sufficient. Note: Do not add water to the material when applying the second coat. Avoid defects such as missed areas or roller lint during application; holes must be completely filled. Allow at least 24 hours of curing before subsequent construction, taking care to protect the coating.
- Apply by brush, roller, or low pressure spray. Application temperature should be between 10-35°C. Do not apply when relative humidity exceeds 85%.
- Do not apply on surfaces with standing water, leakage, or continuous rising damp
- Not intended for areas subject to prolonged immersion, chemical exposure (acids, alkalis, salt solutions), or hot water environments exceeding 80°C
- Cannot be used alone under conditions of low temperature & high humidity, dynamic water pressure, high temperature immersion, or on smooth, nonporous substrates
- Not suitable for use on moving or expansion cracks
- Use within the product's shelf life. Do not use expired product.
- Strictly follow the standard application procedures.
- The product releases trace amounts of chemical substances during curing. Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area. It is nontoxic after curing.
- Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or above 35°C
- Not suitable for airtight spaces, and must not be used in strong drafts (>1 m/s)
- Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Do not swallow.
- Keep out of reach of children.
